UFIP is the French oil industry association, representing, from "well to wheel" all the segments of this industry. UFIP expresses and advocates the views of its members, about 40 companies operating on the French territory, towards Government bodies, members of parliament - other associations - non governmental organisation and the medias.
Its missions are the following :
- communicate about the international and national oil situation and about the challenges our industry is facing
- maintain the competitiveness of our industry and fair rules between countries, energies and operators
- facilatating the social dialog in the oil sector and negotiate agreements with unions
- support effective and efficient technical regulations
